- Facilitate convergence and coordination with government departments, partner organizations, and community institutions at GP, block, and district levels
- Build and strengthen livestock support systems related to breed improvement, feed and fodder, animal health services, and market linkages
- Strengthen forward and backward linkages for livestock inputs, service delivery, and market access
- Support development, piloting, replication, and scaling of livestock-based innovations and best practices
- Identify, train, mentor, and monitor community cadres — Livestock Extension Workers (LEWs), Pashu Sakhis, Livestock Service Providers, and Livestock Service Centre Supervisors
- Facilitate community-level activity planning and household-level intervention tracking systems
- Provide technical training, handholding support, and capacity building to livestock farmers and entrepreneurs
- Ensure adoption of standard livestock rearing practices per approved SOPs
