Eligibility / Qualification
- Education: Graduation in any discipline from a reputed institute with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, particularly in skill development ecosystem and financial inclusion.
- Preferred Experience: Work experience in reputed NBFCs, large-sized NGOs, civil society organizations, Start-Ups, or any development sector organization carries additional weightage.

Job Profile / Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Community Resource Entities (CREs), Training Centres, Placement agencies, Employers, DDMs, and Regional Offices of NABARD.
- Train and build capacity of CREs in basic operations, data entry, and essential skills.
- Handle all correspondence with stakeholders including Vendors, CREs, and Trainees.
- Monitor CRE performance and ensure project deliverables are met on time.
- Ensure timely submission and processing of bills with proper payment records.
- Update and monitor the project MIS system.
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs; maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Contract Period
