Scope of Work
The selected staff under NABCONS Recruitment 2026 will work on a high-impact national project covering the following areas:
- Procurement Planning: Collecting and analysing vaccine/ear tag requirements from all States/UTs; demand forecasting; consolidated requirement plans.
- Tender & Bid Management: Drafting RFPs, GeM bids, CPPP NITs; managing bid timelines, pre-bid meetings, and corrigenda; tender evaluation support.
- GeM/CPP Portal Support: Complete procurement workflow on GeM and CPP portals; compliance with digital procurement rules; audit-ready documentation.
- Quality Testing: Liaising with designated labs for vaccine and ear tag QC; sampling assistance; result compilation.
- Delivery Management: Preparing delivery plans for quality-tested vaccines; confirming delivery from manufacturers’ warehouses.
- Contract & Payment Management: Invoice verification, cross-checking PO terms, PFMS processing, and payment recommendations.

Contract Period & Terms
The Project Based Contract Staff will be engaged initially for 11 months. Further extension depends on project requirement and performance. The first 3 months are probation, during which NABCONS can terminate services without notice. After probation, a 3-month notice period applies on either side.
Salary is consolidated, commensurate with experience and last drawn salary. Tax will be deducted at source under Section 194J of the Income Tax Act. No regular absorption or seniority claims will be entertained after the contract period.
