1) The selected ca ndidate shall have no right/claim for regular appointment at this Institute, as the
engagement/appaintment is co-terminus with the project/scheme.
2) Only Indian citizen will be eligible to submit application for appearing the online interview.

will not be considered for interview being lat e applications.
1) Application form duly completed in all respect strictly in prescribed format.
2) Pass Certificate/Mark Sheet of Matriculation Examination.
3) Degree Certificate and M arks sheet/Transcript for Graduation.
4) Degree Certificate and Marks sheet/Transcript for Post-Graduation in relevant field if
any.
5) Certificate for experience/Training/Associateship and publication if any in relevant filed.
6) SC/ST /OBC/PH certificate as applicable.
7) Copy of No Objection Certificat e for the ca ndidates who are already employed
somewhere.
For the required Degree Certificate (at least PDC) should be uploaded).
4 Candidate will be shortlisted on the basis of documents submitted with the applicat ions considering
relevant criteria as per the requirement of each position.
S After screening of the applica tions a list of the shortlisted candidates will be displayed/uploaded on
the ICAR-NDRI website only 03-4 days days prior to start of online interview. Ca ndidates who
submitted t heir applications are advised to keep a time to time check on ICAR-NDRI website Job

6 Only shortlisted candidates will be considered for online interview as preference of the
candidate
7 In order to conduct t he online interview, link will be sent to the e-mail ID of the shortlisted
ca ndidates as reflected in their application format.
8 The shortlisted ca ndidates for the position must keep themselves ready at least 30 minutes before
start of online interview on scheduled date and time.
9 It will be expect ed that the ca ndidate has access to stable internet connection and the hardware
{video & audio) for appearing in the virtual mode interview.
10 ICAR-NDRI will have no liability for poor internet at the candidate end that hinders the interview
process.
11 The selected candidate (s) will have no right to claim employment or engagement in ICAR-NDRI at the end of the contract period as the positions are purely temporary on contractual basis Co-vterminus with the project/ scheme.
12 The selected candidates will be given provisional selection offer letter. The selected candidates will be required to produce original documents as submitted alongwith their online application for verification at the time of their joining. In case any false claim in the documents is noticed during verification, their provisional offer of selection will stand cancelled.
13 Concealing of facts/canvassing shall lead to disqualification of the candidature.
14 In case any disputes, it will be resolved within the jurisdiction of Kamal Court only.
15 The decision of the Director, ICAR-NDRI Kamal will be final and binding in all aspects.
16 The selected candidate must follow the COVID-19 guidelines issued by MHA
and local authorities from time to time at the time of his/her joining at ICAR-NDRI,
Karnal.
