Educational qualifications for Positions of Project Scientist-1
Educational qualifications:
I. B. Sc. with minimum OCPA 6.00/10.00 or 60% marks.
II. M.Sc. in Bioinformatics / Computational Biology/System Biology and Bioinformatics / Biotechnology /Molecular Biology with at least 6.50/10.00 OCPA or 65% marks.
III. Ph.D. in Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics/ System Biology and Bioinformatics/ Computational Biology with minimum 6.50/10.00 OCPA or 65% marks.
Age Limit: 18 years to 35 Years
Note-I The Candidates who does not possess Masterโs degree in the relevant subject but possess Ph.D. degree in the discipline required at Masterโs level, shall be eligible for the post.
Note-II- Desirable Qualifications; Experience of working in Bioinformatics/ Genomics/ Machine Learning/ Database Designing and good experience in Programming Language as evident from good quality publications in peer reviewed journals.
Note- III- The position is purely on contract/ temporary basis and co-terminus with the project. The position will be initially awarded for a period of six months and will be extended further based on performance.
