Slection Process For MPESB Recruitment 2023 1978 Post Gramin Krishi Vistar Adhikari, Lab Technician, Udyan Vistar Adhikari & other
Through exam Conducted in diffrent City
1. Aadhaar registration of the candidate is mandatory.
2. It will be mandatory to bring the original photo identity card in the examinations conducted by the board. In the form of original photo identity card, the candidate can select any one of the voter ID card, PAN card, Aadhaar card, driving license, and passport. U.I.D.A.I. E Aadhaar will be valid only after it is verified by UIDAI. In the absence of the original photo identity card, the candidate will be debarred from appearing in the examination.
3. It is mandatory for the candidate to bring his Aadhaar card / E-Aadhaar card / photocopy of Aadhaar card / Aadhaar number / Aadhaar VID information in addition to the original identity card as decided in the rulebook.
4. Aadhaar based multilevel biometric verification is mandatory at the time of admission and during the examination.
5. Candidates will be allowed to enter the examination center till the reporting time for the examination. After this, the candidates coming late will not be eligible for admission.
6. Use of electronic devices such as mobile phones, calculators, log tables, and copy papers etc. is strictly prohibited in the examination hall.
7. Candidates can get their admit card for online examination only through online application number. Therefore, it is necessary to keep the application number safely, for which all the responsibility will be of the applicant.
8. It is mandatory for the applicant to bring black ball point pen and admit card downloaded from the board’s website for admission in the examination center at the examination center.
9.After the commencement of the examination, no candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall till the end of the examination.
10. Verification of any of the certificates of the candidates at the time of filling up the application form by E.S. B. Not done by the concerned department during the recruitment process. Therefore, the eligibility of the candidates in the computer-based online examination will be (completely provisional).
11. It will be mandatory for the candidates to have live registration in the employment office of Madhya Pradesh state for all the above posts.
12. Candidates of Madhya Pradesh’s Special Primitive Tribe Community like Baiga, Saharia / Saharia and Bharia Scheduled Tribes, for non-executive posts, the application form prescribed in hardcopy (in format-3 of rule book) while attaching all necessary certificates to their applications. Separate applications will have to be sent directly to the concerned department without sending them to the board till the last date of filling. The application form sent to the Board will be considered invalid.
13. There will be no provision of exemption from the examination for candidates belonging to primitive tribes (Baiga, Saharia / Saharia and Bharia) for recruitment in the post of executive in the department. Those candidates should apply online for the examination as Scheduled Tribe candidates. (In such a situation, all the clauses related to Baiga, Saharia and Bharia of the rule book will be valid as deleted.)
