- Essential Qualification: M.Sc. (Ag.) in Genetics and Plant Breeding / Entomology / Plant Breeding / Biotechnology / Life Science from a recognized university.

- Residency: Only Indian Citizens who are resident of Uttar Pradesh shall be eligible for the post.
